Title deed on real estate in notarial practice
In the article the different approachsof scholars toelucidation of issue about the unifying
term to name documents about right of property of real estate are investigated,
owndeterminationofconcept «title deed» isoffered, its signs are analysed. Differentiation
of concepts «title deeds» and «documents only confirming the right of property of the real
estate» is conducted, the position of the legislator to abolition of issuance of title deed of newly
created real estate is analysed.
