The article deals with the philosophical and legal approach to understanding of social behavior in natural and legal environment in the context of understanding the man at her relative or absolute autonomy and independence from being objective areas, including legal reality. A great attention is paid to the assimilation of human values provided legal globalization in society.

The problems of informatization of education are analised in the article. The role of education in the global information society is determinated. The main manifestations of informatization of education are determinated, among them there are: new means acquiring knowledge, innovation and technical resources information; strengthening intra-state and international communications education and research sector; formation of new educational content and new forms of education, such as distance education and virtual universities.

In the article in legal aspect considered regional approach of reforming of the territorial mechanism of Ukraine, as one of the possible options for improvement. Highlighted understanding such multifold category as region. With a glance to historical experience, modern political realities and future prospects, tend was valid for the optimizing of the territorial mechanism of Ukraine, including the feasibility of consolidation of administrative units by the formation of prorated regions.

The concept of the welfare state have constitutions of France, Germany, Spain, Turkey, Macedonia, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Venezuela, Colombia, Paraguay, Ecuador, Gabon, Guinea, Congo, Niger, Rwanda, Senegal, Togo, Republic of Chad and others. In the context of globalization, the strengthening of social contradictions in relations between the state and civil society, leading to a crisis of the welfare state. The crisis is global and national levels.

The article deals with the interaction of globalization and the right to modern society. Particular attention is focused on the analysis of the factors changes the interaction between globalization and human rights in today's society.

Здійснено порівняння показників окремих складових геоекономічного та інституційного потенціалу АСЕАН та Європейського Союзу. Зроблено висновок про те, що підхід, який бере за основу тільки темпи економічного зростання держав-членів АСЕАН та їхню частку у світових макроекономічних показниках має вагомі недоліки: по-перше, не враховує якісних параметрів економічної модернізації в азійських країнах в контексті регіональної інтеграції; по-друге не бере до уваги суттєві розбіжності в розвитку економічних параметрів держав-членів АСЕАН щодо інтеграції і глобалізації загалом.

The aim of this study is to develop a methodology for studying the globalization of business as a whole, and its individual aspects related to information and communication problems of the domestic business amid increasing crisis in the economy. Formation of system of anti-crisis measures, as a catalyst for the commodity market development in the context of globalization of the domestic business.

The approaches to determining the theoretical content of the integrated structures are considered. In this article the aim, objectives and role functioning economic structures integrated in the national economy of Ukraine are considered. The characteristic of the assets of the integrated structures, their share in various fields is showed. Directions of their functioning in the context of globalization and increased competition are determined. The main criteria for their classification and types of integrated companies are defined.

The article is devoted to university rankings: the problems of their development, the real results of their use based on the role they fulfil in modern society. The university rankings classification according to the level of coverage of universities (international global, international regional, national, intra-university rankings), the target groups of users (rankings for applicants, for employers, for investors and financial donors, for society, general rankings), the methodology of compiling (rankings based on objective indicators, on peer reviews, mixed rankings) is developed.
