Requirements for the Preparation of Conference Abstracts

1.      Only original scientific papers that have not been previously published are accepted for publication.

2.      The author bears personal responsibility for the accuracy of the submitted information.

3.      The length of the abstract must be one or two full pages of printed text on A4 paper.

4.      Margins: left, right, top, and bottom — 20 mm.

5.      Font: Times New Roman, size — 12 pt, single line spacing, paragraph indentation — 10 mm.

6.      Order of material arrangement:

  • In the first line (right-aligned), indicate the UDC (font size — 12 pt);
  • In the next line: title of the scientific paper (font size — 12 pt, centered, bold);
  • One line below: the “©” symbol, author(s), and year (font size — 12 pt, right-aligned);
  • Name of the organization where the author works (city, country), position, academic degree, academic title, and e-mail (font size — 12 pt, centered, normal).

7.      The use of illustrative materials in abstracts should be minimal. Figures must be grouped as a single object.

8.      A list of references (mandatory) should be provided at the end of the paper (the word “References” should not be used). All sources cited in the text must be included in the reference list.

9.      Papers that do not meet these requirements or are not submitted within the specified deadline will not be considered.
