Authors should only submit formatted original 4 full pages work, including illustrations, in standard IEEE conference format (IEEE Conference Format) that has neither appeared elsewhere for publication nor which is under review for another publication. If a paper does not meet specifications, it may be returned without review.
All applications for participation in the conference should be submitted via the website Academic Journals and Conferences of Lviv Polytechnic National University http://science.lpnu.ua.
In order to apply one should:
1. Register at science.lpnu.ua
You only need one registered account on the website to apply. Your login and password can be used unlimited number of times for applying to this and other conferences held by Lviv Polytechnic National University.
An author must not submit more than two papers (as co-author as well).
2. Post an application
You should sign in on the website and apply on the conference page CSIT 2017. You should enter required paper and author details, as well as upload your formatted paper (IEEE Conference Format) and signed copyright form in PDF (IEEE Copyright Form).
Students and PhD students are to upload a confirmation document of student status.
3. Make the necessary corrections according to Secretary’s comments (if needed)
After posting the application on the website it will be checked by the organizing committee for compliance with the formal requirements and originality.
Then paper will be assigned for reviewing for three scholars of an appropriate scientific field. You will be announced of reviewers’ conclusions. All the correspondence between applicant and the organizing committee will be held online in the application’s comments thread. Applicant can attach to the next comment the updated paper and/or other files if needed.
Peer-reviewing
Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by at least three scholars on the basis of technical quality, relevance, originality, significance and clarity. The program committee will use these reviews to determine which papers will be accepted for presentation in the conference. The result of the reviewing will be announced to the submitting authors by email, along with reviewer comments, if any.
Papers, achieved the highest scores with peer reviewers, will be suggested to expand and will be printed published as a book by Springer Science+Business Media publishing company.
All accepted papers and oral (or poster) presenting will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore Digital Library as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases (Scopus, Web of Science and etc). “No-show” papers won’t be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
