This article proposes a cost effective IoT smart home security platform that delivers data in the cloud for applications. The smart security system includes a network for sensing home monitoring devices via wireless ISM communication, a home security system control controller with an Internet connection using a Wifi connection, and a backup method of notifying the user is implemented by SMS message via GSM cellular network, cloud server and applications for mobile phones on the Android operating system.

The  issues connected with  the use of  IoT  technologies  in  industrial enterprises are studied  in  the article.

Present paper is dedicated to the problems of studying and developing the theoretical and methodological framework, algorithmic base and corresponding software means to organize and realize the automatic synthesis of computer devices in the reconfigurable hardware platforms of the smart-sensors in cyber-physical systems with no human assistance.

The article reviews the architectural transformation of modern networks and their (mobile) services and applications. Periods of network services, Internet and cloud computing are posted. We describe the requirements for telecommunication networks in each of the individual stages of development and performance criteria specified network technologies.
The paper presents the measures that should be taken to improve the energy efficiency of modern technology making in the development of telecommunications networks of the future.
