The regularities of maximal vertical fluctuations of object images in a thermally turbulent atmosphere and possibilities of their practical applications in geodynamics
The following theorem was proved on the basis of the law of air's elementary particle floating in the atmosphere: in a thermally turbulent atmosphere, maximal amplitude: of fluctuations of object images within short time span (near some seconds) is equal to anomalous vertical refraction expressed in angular or linear scale. The correctness of the theorem is confirmed by the graphical and analytical methods. Application of the theorem solves problems of improvement of measurement accuracy in astronomy, geodesy, and especially in geodynamics by means of accounting of atmospheric influences.
