The article deals with the legal aspects of the regulation of guarantee payments and compensations for scientific and pedagogical workers, taking into account their professional duties, professional level, and other requirements to their work. The content of guarantees and compensations is analyzed in accordance with the current legislation on labor and other legislative acts of Ukraine.
