Purpose – analyze the impact of gaming business legalization in Ukraine on state budget revenues. It aims to explore the economic benefits of this process, including increased tax revenues, licensing fees, and investment attraction. Additionally, the article seeks to highlight the potential risks and challenges associated with gambling regulation, such as social consequences and the necessity of effective state control.

The article investigates the modern period of economic activity of organizations under significantly increasing cost of resources conditions, losing of markets, currency devaluation, reducing profitability and losses levels of many companies.
