It wasfound that Ukraine has ratified and implementsthe norms of international legislation related to the protection of children’s rights, in particular, by means of criminal law. The activity of juvenile prevention bodies in Ukraine is extremely important in the conditions of martial law for the implementation of the principles of international humanitarian law regarding the safety of childhood and national norms for the protection of the fundamental rights of the child.

The article is methodically and compositionally subordinated to the ideological design of the investigation, which consists in determining the degree of legitimacy of moral norms of 111 journalism concerning children. Сonsequently, the main focus of the exploration is on identifying legal arguments to confirm or wave aside the provisions of professional ethics which regulate the activities of international and Ukrainian journalists in the preparation of materials concerningchildren.
