The article is devoted to the study of the entities of non‑judicial administrative proceedings following the reforms associated with the adoption of the Law of Ukraine “On Administrative Procedure.” The purpose of the article is to clearly outline the composition of entities in administrative proceedings after the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine “On Administrative Procedure” and to systematize those entities following the reform, taking into account the author’s proposals for improving and amending the relevant legislation in the future.

This article is dedicated to analizing constitutional-legal and criminal procedural issuesof limiting or legislative deprivation of the special status of certain possible participants in thejudiciary, of the actual implementation of the principle of equality of all before the law was5examined. It was done a comparative monitoring of legislative regulation of the Institute ofparliamentary immunity in the sphere of criminal proceedings in Ukraine and some foreigncountries.

Досліджено способи вчинення протидії законній господарській діяльності.
Визначено джерела інформації про факти підготовки чи вчинення протидії законній
господарській діяльності. Класифіковано осіб які готують та вчиняють протидію
законній господарській діяльності. Розроблено алгоритм дій при отриманні повідомлень
про вимоги припинення законної господарської діяльності, її обмеження, про
обов’язкове укладення угоди, а також вимоги, супроводжені погрозою вчинення
тяжкого злочину проти підприємця.
