Manufacturing Process Cutting Tooth From Application of Radial-and-round Formation Process the Cylindrical Gear Wheel
There are considered the basic features of increasing technological flexibility operations of cutting teeths on cylindrical gear-wheels by the method radial-and-round shaping process at the continuous rotation of gear-wheel’s purveyance. There are offered mathematical models from determination profile of tooth’s side of cylindrical wheel formed by means of the instru- mental rigging that allows adapting the trajectory of difficult motion of axis disk milling cutter to the necessary parameters tooth’s profile of the cut wheel.
