BIODEGRADABLE FUNGIBACTERICIDAL COMPOSITES BASED ON POLYLACTIDES FOR BIOMEDICAL ENGINEERING AND PACKAGING INDUSTRY

Biodegradable composites based on modified polylactides with fungicidal properties were investigated. Polylactide was modified with polyhydroxybutyrate and silver nanoparticles, which were obtained in the composite using polyvinylpyrrolidone as a reducing agent and stabilizer of nanoparticles. High fungicidal activity of the obtained polymer films against E.coli, S.aureus and A.niger was proven. The method of forming composite films by solution spraying has been substantiated.

Рolylactide composite materials possesing fungibactericidal properties

The regularities of obtaining polylactide film composite materials with simultaneous silver nanoparticles formation were researched. The influence of the nature of polylactide and its structure (amorphous and amorphous-crystalline), of the glycerin plasticizer on the solvent evaporationkinetics  was determined. To give polylactide composites fungicidal properties, the silver reduction reaction by the interaction of argentum salts with polyvinylpyrrolidone was applied. A main technological scheme for obtaining films based on polylactide with fungicidal properties is proposed.
