The need to study this issue is particularly relevant in the context of the ongoing Russian-Ukrainian war, which has caused the largest migration in Europe since World War II. The paper explores the dynamics of these changes and ways to adapt urban transportation systems to war conditions.

The paper assesses the quality of public transport services and the influence of individual components on the value of the overall satisfaction level with transport services. Public transport has many benefits in terms of energy savings, environmental impact, social equity and urban economy. The analysis of existing research confirms that the quality of service provided by the public transport system affects the intentions of potential passengers to use it more.
