Multi-agent modeling of traffic organization in urban agglomerations

The authors consider the features of multi-agent modeling for traffic optimization in the central areas of cities. While evaluating the unique challenges associated with the high concentration of vehicles, pedestrians and historical buildings, the potential of multi-agent systems to effectively solve the problem of congestion, safety and quality of life in urban areas is investigated. The potential of multi-agent modeling in the context of traffic management in the central areas of the city allows us to identify the key challenges and opportunities.

Development of a Method for Investigating Cybercrimes by the Type of Ransomware Using Artificial Intelligence Models in the Information Security Management System of Critical Infrastructure

In this article, the authors focused on analyzing the possibilities of using artificial intelligence models for effective detection and analysis of cybercrimes. A comprehensive method using artificial intelligence algorithms, such as Random Forest and Isolation Forest algorithms, is developed and described to detect ransomware, which is one of the main threats to information security management systems (ISMS) in the field of critical infrastructure.

The influence of the principles of civil process on the legal regulation of electronic document flow

Abstract. The article examines the influence of the principles of civil procedure on the legal regulation of electronic document flow based on a comprehensive systematic analysis of the current Ukrainian legislation and normative acts of the European Union. The object of the study is the legal relationship regarding the electronic document flow that arises between the court and other participants in the process, which are related to the implementation of the system of principles of civil justice.

Modernization of the activities of law enforcement bodies of Ukraine in modern conditions

Annotation. The current conditions of law enforcement agencies in Ukraine are extremely complex, which requires increased efficiency in this area. The purpose of this article was to highlight the main directions of modernization of law enforcement agencies of Ukraine. This study was carried out within the limits of the set goal using the following methods: information-analytical method, system approach method, anamnestic method, descriptive statistics method, descriptive analysis method, forecasting method.
