On the commercial concession agreement (franchise) and some new law of its registration
The article deals with the problems of concluding and registration of the franchise agreement. There is provided historical analysis of legislation on this issue, and the auth author defines not only theoretical but also practical assessments of franchise agreement and its registration procedure.
