SOFTWARE COMPLEXES' SUPPORT TEAMS AUTOMATED FORMATION METHOD BASED ON CANDIDATES' POLYFACTOR PORTRAITS ANALYSIS

The research is devoted to the investigation of scientific and applied problems of software complexes’/products’ comprehensive support automation and intellectualization. The main scientific and applied problem solved in this research is the task of ensuring an automation (with simultaneously increasing of intellectualization level) of the processes of software complexes’ support teams formation based on preliminary processing and further analysis of polyfactor portraits of available candidates.

Development a Multifactorial Portrait Model of Software Complexes’ Supporting Subjects, Using Artificial Neural Networks

Impact factors, that are shaping the individualistic perception of the supported objects by the relevant subjects, who interact with them, directly or indirectly, are considered in this research. A form of impact factors’ (performing impact on the supported software complexes) representation has been studied and proposed.
