Victimization of Bullying: Analysis of the Concept and its Impact on Society

The article examines the phenomenon of victimization of bullying from a legal point of view. The main causes, forms and consequences of bullying are analyzed, as well as legal aspects of preventing and combating this phenomenon. The author draws attention to international experience and practice of applying legislation in Ukraine, offering recommendations for improving legal mechanisms for combating bullying and protecting victims.

The Problem of Criminology Analysis of a Minor Who Uses Drugs

The article analyzes the problems of the spread of drug addiction, in particular, drug addiction among minors in Ukraine at the present stage. Accordingly, the consequences of drug use (psychosocial and medical) are analyzed. The relationship between drug use and crime in general is also traced. Attention is paid to the special features of the consequences of drug use by minors. Special attention is paid to the problem of victimization of persons who allow non-medical use of drugs.

Practical Implementation of Victimization Crime Prevention in the Anglo-American Legal Family

The victimization approach to crime prevention is a key element of modern criminal policy. In the Anglo-American legal family (USA, UK, Canada, Australia), this approach is based on the principles of integration of preventive, rehabilitation and legal mechanisms to reduce the risks of victimization. The article discusses the main practical aspects of victimization prevention in these countries.
