Foreign Experience in the Formation of Administrative Court Systems: Challenges and Prospects for Ukraine

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the foreign experience in the formation and functioning of administrative court systems. It examines the main models of administrative justice, including the French, German, Anglo-Saxon, and mixed variants used in certain countries of Central and Eastern Europe. Particular attention is given to the possibility of applying foreign approaches in the process of improving the Ukrainian system of administrative justice.
