Представлено комплексне дослідження сучасного стану та перспектив розвитку ринку ф’ючерсів в Україні шляхом аналізу фінансових інструментів, торговельних платформ та законодавчого регулювання. Основну увагу зосереджено на оцінці обсягу торгів, ліквідності ф’ючерсних контрактів, активності учасників ринку та інтеграції українського ринку у міжнародну фінансову систему. Актуальність теми зумовлена стрімким розвитком фінансових ринків, зростанням попиту на деривативні інструменти та потребою у прозорих механізмах управління ризиками.

In the article the theoretical and practical aspects of legal regulation of Ukraine National Police units in the field of road safety. Analyzed administrative legal National Police under departmental regulations in the field of road safety issues and defined the ways of improving the regulatory framework.

The article analyzes the national legal and regulatory framework in the field of socio-economic diagnosing of the major parameters and operation directions of the objects being diagnosed such as financial conditions, the threat of bankruptcy, solvency (credit status), and investment attractiveness. Based on the results obtained there are singled out, generalized and justified the key contradictions of national regulations governing principles of assessing the priority sectors of these objects operation.
