Осадження біметалевих наночастинок pd-au за імпульсного режиму електролізу у dmso розчинах
The electrochemical co-deposition of palladium and gold on the glassy carbon surface from solutions of their salts in dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) is studied. It is shown that the precipitate in the form of discrete sphere-like particles of 30...140nm, which are uniformly distributed on the substrate, is formed at concentrations of 0.004M PdCl2 + (0.002...0.004)M HAuCl4 + 0.05M Bu4NClO4, E = -0.3...-1.5V, at pulse electrolysis.
