INFLUENCE OF TECHNOLOGICAL FACTORS ON CONCRETE EFFICIENCY INDICATORS

The article presents the results of studies of the influence of technological factors (clinker factor of cements, grain composition of aggregates, cement consumption in concrete, modifier additives) on technical and environmental indicators of concrete efficiency. It has been shown that in combination, the parameters of clinker and CO2 intensities characterize the clinker efficiency of concrete, which can be improved by replacing part of the clinker in mixed cements with active mineral additives.

THE USE OF ALKALINE ACCELERATOR BASED ON SODIUM ALUMINATE IN CONCRETE TECHNOLOGY

The article considers the use of alkaline accelerators of hardening in the construction industry. The influence of alkaline accelerator on the basis of sodium aluminate on the physical and mechanical properties of fine-grained concrete has been investigated. It has been shown that the including of alkali accelerator of hardening Na [Al (OH)4] leads to an increase in water consumption and reducing the strength of the binding agent in the all terms of hardening.

NANOMODIFIED RAPID HARDENING FIBER-REINFORCED CONCRETES

It is shown that one of the innovative ways of obtaining of Rapid-hardening concretes with enhanced performance for fortifications is the use of nanotechnology techniques related to the directed process of structure formation by modifying of nanoscale elements. The problem of improving of the higher-speed impact stability of high-strength concrete by hybrid reinforcement of their structures at the micro level – by energy-active ultrafine mineral additives and macro level – by dispersed fibers is considered.
