In our time, the structure of nutritions in developed countries  are characterized by imbalance in the composition of various components, in particular antibiotics. The most significant due to the extremely widespread occurrence of antibiotic therapy is dysbiosis intestines. Probiotics - living microorganisms that can positively affect human health, normalize the composition and function of the microflora of the gastrointestinal tract (GIT).

For the study, two imported drugs "Linex" and "Laktovit Forte" were taken, control was taken by the preparation "Phytoyogurt ", as well as drinking yogurt "Molokiya". As model environments of different gastrointestinal sections, physiological solutions were used at pH 2,1±0,5 and pH 8.2±0,5, pH was measured on a portable pH meter. Determination of the number of colony-forming microorganisms was carried out on a wort-agar medium (60 B) with 1-2% CaCO3.

Milk "Selyanske" 2,5% fat content of 200 ml was used to determine the digestibility activity. The content of each capsule of the studied drugs was 0,28 ± 0,5 g. For the comparison of acidity, the “Phytoyogurt” leaven was used with a weight of 0,29 ± 0,5 g, as well as industrial yogurt “Molokiya” without fillers (5% leaven) and kefir " Selyanskiy" 2,5% fat (5% leaven). The titrated acidity of milk and the studied beverages were determined according to the standard procedure.

As a result of the experiment, it was found that probiotics "Linex" and "Laktivit Forte" badly fermented milk. For 21 years  minor batches of milk were formed in comparison with dairy products on kefir " Selyanskiy", "Molokiya" and "Phytoyogurt", and the change of acidity was small – 70 T.

Lactic acid bacteria, grown on Petri dishes, were stained with fuchsin and examined in a light-field microscope BIOLAM-1. The morphology of bacteria that has grown in a selective environment corresponds to representatives of the genus Lactobacillus.

The main groups of bacteria that have probiotic properties and poured on the intestinal microflora of a human were considered. The basic properties and functions of probiotics are indicated. The classification of probiotic drugs in the Ukraine  pharmaceutical market is given. The research work with imported drugs "Linex" and "Laktovit Forte" was carried out, namely: determination of the stability of capsules to destruction by means of simulation of the pH-medium present in the human gastrointestinal tract; carrying out a comparative calculation of colonies of lactic acid bacteria; determination of the digestibility properties of probiotic preparations; microscopy of lactic acid bacteria.
