Еnvironmental safety as subject administrative framework in the new social and political conditions
The article is devoted to the definition of the concept of environmental security, its types and characteristics of administrative and legal support. Special attention is devoted to finding areas of improvement of administrative-legal environmental safety due to the new socioeconomic challenges in the Ukraine.
