Non standard methods producing forensically relevant information part pre trial investigation: investigative hypnosis
The paper investigates the possibility of the content and terms of use of such a method of obtaining forensically important information as “investigative” hypnosis. The author comes to a conclusion about the possibility and, sometimes, the need in some cases the use of investigative hypnosis in the investigation of criminal cases.
