In the article the theoretical aspects of the regulation of administrative legal relations regarding state financial administration of the National Bank of Ukraine. Analyzed the impact of the National Bank of Ukraine on the formation of public financial and investment policies, regulatory efforts in the areas of monetary, clearing, to ensure stability of the national currency.
