Non-competition provisions in it and their enforceability due to ukrainian legislation
The article concerns the problems of inclusion in civil contracts clauses governing noncompetition by executive (mainly refers to the software development services). Also, the analysis of judicial practice of violations of contractual terms which contained clauses on competition (or similar to them).
