On the determination of the reference-ellipsoid flattening and the conditions for the corresponding iterative process
The iterative process for the determination of the flattening in regional scale was developed. The main conditions for the approximation were obtained. The proposed theory was rested in the regional scale. It may be used for the construction of the global reference system as well.
