Investigation of the influence of environmental factors on the market value of real estate within settlements
In the article the analysis of influence of ecological factors is executed on the cost of the real estate and coefficients of correction with the use of mathematical vehicle. The use for the calculation of cost in the expert money estimation of modern mathematical methods allows to overcome influence of subjectivism of appraiser. The detailed analysis of influence of these factors is only conducted will enable to estimate authenticity of the got results.
