The aim of the paper is to present the research analysis and author’s practical experiences in implementing modern IT solutions. These solutions concern, in particular building and implementing the Integrated Multilevel IT Systems for Logistics, Finance and HR operating in the defense and security services. The detailed research was also on possibility of implementing systems for product coding, electronic shopping and distance learning.

В статті розглянуто задачі стандартизації електронних дисциплін у системах дистанційного навчання. Показано стандартизацію форматів даних та структури дисципліни на прикладі Віртуального навчального середовища Львівської політехніки. This paper considers the problem of standardizing electronic courses of distance learning systems. Standardization of data formats and structures of the discipline are shown on an example of Virtual Learning Environment Lviv Polytechnic.

The article presents the research results based on the experience of developing an electronic textbook Fundamentals of the Electronic Circuits Theory. It reveals the concept, structure and principles of the development of the electronic textbook. A detailed procedure of the evaluation of knowledge is outlined. The electronic part of a book also provides a self-assessment tool online.
