When testing the crane systems via the wobble frequency method they undergo the consequent influence of vibrations at all frequencies of the set range. The choice of modes of the crane systems’ accelerated tests with respect to sinusoidal vibration influence at the changing transmitter frequency requires the definition of the dynamic amplitude frequency characteristics (AFC) of items of the cranes’ mechatronic supervision systems (MSS).

Conceptual foundations of optimization start / mechanical braking (crane) systems with one degree of freedom of movement

The basic theoretical principles and the algorithm for optimization of kinematic and power parameters of mechanical (crane) systems in modes of their start-up/braking within discrete models with one degree of freedom movement are given. The system of conditions was chosen as an optimality criterion; these conditions are imposed on the power and kinematic parameters of the system that meet certain smoothness conditions of movement trajectory in transitional modes of its functioning.
