In the presented work the author has defined the general theoretical aspects of the right to freedom of peaceful assembly.
In this work shows the analyses of concept, sense of the right to freedom of peaceful assembly. Describes the main features of the right to freedom of peaceful assembly. Also, formulated proposals for the law of Ukraine to improve the mechanism of legal support of the right to freedom of peaceful assembly.

In the presented work the author has defined the general theoretical aspects of relationship between freedom of expression and freedom of speech. Describes the notion and sense of “speech”, “opinions”, ”freedom of expression”. Also, formulated proposals for the law of Ukraine about proclamation of freedom of expression.

General theoretical provisions on the freedom of expression as a subjective legal right are analyzed. Besides, the notion of freedom of expression is defined as a subjective legal right. Elements of freedom of expression are revealed. Certain proposals as to the improvement of national legislation on freedom of expression are introduced.

In the article philosophic aspects of one of the major elements in the consciousness, meaning a view, are analyzed. Besides, the notion, meaning and interpretation of a view are examined. Also, the value of philosophic understanding of a view for the aim of legal declaration of the freedom of expression is characterized.

In the presented work the author has analyzed theoretical issues of juridical ensuring of freedom of expression journalists. Also, it has been defined the notion of juridical mechanism for ensuring of freedom of expression and highlighted its elements. The presented characteristic of stages of juridical ensuring of freedom of expression is covered.

In the presented work the author has defined the principles of interpretation of the freedom of expression by the European Court of Human Rights. On the basis of obtained results the influence of juridical practice of European Court of Human Rights on the law system of Ukraine was founded.
