Розглянуто основні напрями вдосконалення законодавства щодо використання інформаційних технологій публічного управління у зв’язку з упровадженням нових інформаційних технологій і систем у різні галузі життєдіяльності суспільства. На основі досліджень в галузі адміністративного та інформаційного права проаналізовано різні підходи щодо систематизації інформаційного законодавства та нормативно-правового регулювання використання інформаційних технологій у публічному управлінні.
