was born in Ternopil, Ukraine, in 1986. He obtained his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Software for Automated Systems at Ternopil National Economic University. In 2009, he defended his thesis for the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences in the field of Computer Systems and Components and obtained a Ph.D. in Ternopil National Economic University. He is a co-author of 4 monographs and has published over 100 articles.
