In the article are considered a private questions of using a method of photoelectric registrations the passing of stars under highexact determinations the coordinates of points and azimuths of directions. On the grounds of conducting studies an author recommends: a) personally-instrumental difference when using a given method all to define; b) all material of observing to test for the subject of revealing the wrong moments of observing with use by developing author of method. In the article are brought received by the author the value of inaccuracy of moments of observing the stars when using a specified method.
