The technology of creation and updating of cadastral plans with application of GIS and digital methods of aerial images processing is considered in the paper. The results of the implemented experiments on using of this technology with use of program MAP 2000 are shown. It is proposed the recommendations concerning on the processing of digital map and aerial photo imageries
