This article is devoted to improve of instrument for artificial satellites of Earth following. As base construction used the laser distance-controller ЛД-2 which receive of modifications. Using in this drive-system of stepping-motors give possibility of computer control. The elements of static and dynamic position errors analysis was bringing.
