Research on hydrolysis of the ethylphosphate group of phosphorus-containing polyesters

Phosphorus-containing polyesters can be used in the biomedical field, as they have a wide range of  properties. The presence of a phosphate group in the structure of the polyester macrochain makes them suitable for ionic binding of organic substances that exhibit basic properties.

Development of the technological basis for the production of aceclofenac

Aceclofenac drugs are widely used in the global therapeutic practice of inflammatory and painful conditions for the treatment of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis in various dosage forms. The basics of the technology of domestic industrial batch production of aceclofenac with a capacity of 110 t/year for the production of a number of effective medicines have been developed. A five-stage production process is proposed that will allow the production of a domestic product with a high yield (~ 91%) from commercially available reagents.

Acid Hydrolysis and Ethanol Precipitation for Glucomannan Extraction from Crude Porang (Amorphophallus Oncophyllus) Tuber Flour

Extraction of glucomannan from crude porang flour by acid hydrolysis and ethanol precipitation was studied. Effects of acid concentration, temperatures and time were investigated, kinetics model of the process was developed and the parameters were evaluated based on experimental data. New data on yield and purity of glucomannan under various conditions were obtained.
