INVESTIGATION OF GEARS WITH ASYMMETRIC PROFILE USING RELIABILITY PARAMETERS
The results of the study of gears with involute and sinusoidal teeth are presented herein. The subjects of the comparative analysis were the stresses at the root of the tooth from the side of the applied load and from the side of the unloaded profile, contact stresses, and elastic deformations under the action of a given torque. The values of these parameters were determined for a range of pressure angles, from 20 ° to 40 °.
