Analysis of information support in the context of establishing a mass appraisal system for land in Ukraine
The aim of this work is to analyze the compliance of the information indicated in existing state registers and databases with the requirements set for automated mass appraisal systems of real estate, according to the standards adopted by the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO), and the possibility of applying various methodological approaches to appraisal. To achieve the research objective, the following methods of scientific inquiry were applied: monographic, analysis, and synthesis.
