Volodymyr Starosolskyi as a scientist lawyer and one of founders of scence of state law in Ukraine
The article deals with the origin of state legal views of famous Ukrainian legist V. Starosolskiy and analyses his contribution to the development of public law science in Ukraine at the end of XIX – at the first half of XX ctntury.
