Legal issues of conduct anti-corruption expertise of legal acts
The article violated legal issues of anti-corruption expertise of legal acts, draft normative acts in the context of adapting national legislation to the European Union. Analyzes the feasibility of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the possibility of involvement of independent experts and application method of legal expert in modeling activities.
