Libraries of Ukraine as Centers of Digital Art Events: Transformation of Functions and New Formats of Cultural Communication
The article examines the role of libraries in Ukraine as centers for organizing digital art events in modern conditions of martial law, post-war reconstruction and global digitalization. The transformation of libraries from traditional knowledge repositories into interactive cultural platforms capable of uniting communities and forming new communication formats is shown.
