Features kinematics process of obtaining teeth of cylindrical wheels radial-circular formooutvorennyam
The kinematical peculiarities of the disk instrument complicated motion in relation to the purveyance of cylinder gear-wheel in the cutting a new radial-around forming process have been analyzed. The difference between this process and the traditional method of cutting cylinder gear-wheels has been determined. The instantaneous spiral motion axis position has been defined. The kinematics process allows to forecast the type of indents of wheel.
