Application of envelope function method for multibeam interference extremums to the ellipsometry electromagnetic waves by single-layered coatings

The physical principles of application of the envelope function for multibeam interference spectra extremums to the ellipsometry of light reflection for plane wave incidence on transparent and absorptive monolayered structures were for the first time established.

Формування термочутливих покриттів на основі полі(n-метакрилоїл-l-фенілаланіну) на поверхні пероксидованого скла

The grafted nanolayer of poly(N-methacryloyl-L-phenylalanine) was formed on the peroxided  glass surface. The properties of the modified surface were investigated using the methods of  TOF-SIMS, ellipsometry, atomic-force microscopy and determination of wetting contact angles methods. It is shown that the obtained cover has thermosensitive properties. На поверхні пероксидованого скла сформовано прищеплений наношар полі(N- метакрилоїл-L-фенілаланіну).
