The article analyzes the provisions of the Aarhus Convention on access to justice in cases of environmental protection. The attention to the peculiarities of legal structures under which the right of everyone to a healthy environment appears in the inseparable unity of each duty to protect it. It has a vision that the purpose of the wording of the rules of the Convention is the desire to stress the importance of actions to protect the environment.
