Destructive processes of law formalization
This article considers destructive processes of law formalization as a result of abnormal
impact that the state has on the maximum settlement of social relations. It focuses on the
following destructive processes of law formalization: redundancy of legal regulation and
bureaucratization of law, which is manifested in abusing documentary, administrative
passivity, imitation of efficient operation in public administration
