Modern explication of h. Hart’s analytical philosophy of law
The article investigates the explication of the theory of ascriptive legal language in H. Hart’s philosophy of law. The light has been shed on the linguistic change in early works of H. Hart as the basis for genesis of analytical philosophy of law. The attention has been paid to the influence of the theory of speech acts on the development of H. Hart’s philosophy.
