This study reviews the relationships between the company’s financial flows managing and the results. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the peculiarities of the financial flows of corporation by dividing their main elements and investigating them separately. We present the research on holding companies.

The article is devoted to the legal principles of the EU financial assistance to Ukraine,
mechanisms and conditions of its acquiring. Particular attention is paid to the implementation
of Support package to Ukraine, including its components such as macro-financial assistance
and grants for the development of Ukraine through the European Neighborhood Instrument
