The article is devoted to the problem of trajectory measurements of air targets. The article performs simulation
modeling of two types of meters – classical and modified, their structural schemes and analytical mathematical
models are given and described. Numerical tests of the models were performed for two test trajectories that
simulate uniformly accelerated motion of an air target. According to the simulation results, the range of capture
and tracking of the frequency of the input signal and the error of its measurement in a wide range of energy
