African Vector of Ukraine’s Foreign Policy: Problems of Implementation

The study aims to identify the problems of implementing the African vector of Ukraine’s foreign policy, which became evident in 2022-2025. The study's time frame is determined by the intensification of Ukraine’s cooperation policy with African states. Based on the assessment of bilateral and multilateral cooperation results, the factors that slow down Ukrainian-African interaction are revealed. The study is grounded in the methodology of neo-institutionalism. The negative consequences of Ukraine’s recent lack of a strategy for cooperation with African states and the Global South are noted.
